The resort is huge; the guest craving does not wait

Four hundred sunbeds, three pools, a beach. No team can patrol all of that in time. A QR per sunbed, palapa or cabin: the guest orders where they are and every order reaches the right bar.

The problem is not your service: it is geography

In a city hotel, room service is one floor away. In a resort, F&B revenue is spread across hectares: the main pool, the adults-only pool, the beach, the cabins, the lobby. In every area, the traditional model depends on a waiter passing the sunbed at the exact moment of craving. When the property is big, that moment almost never lines up, and the craving dies in silence or turns into a line under the sun.

All-inclusive adds an extra trap: since the order is not charged, it looks like it needs no system. False. The complimentary piña colada still has to be taken, prepared at the right bar and delivered to the right sunbed; without that, the operation becomes shouting between bars, saturated radios and guests waiting on their feet. Room Order brings order to both worlds: the included order travels with location and destination, and the premium extra that is charged (the wine, the lobster, the dinner on the beach) posts to the stay folio.

How a resort runs on Room Order

Four fronts where the big property stops playing against you.

Geography

A QR on every sunbed, palapa and cabin

The guest scans from the towel and the menu opens in their language, no app and no sign-up. The order is born with its exact location: sunbed 48, palapa 6, cabin 3. Your team delivers straight there, without hunting anyone among four hundred umbrellas.

  • A QR per sunbed, palapa or cabin
  • Exact location on every order
  • Opens in the guest language
Routing

Every order to its bar, not to a line

With several bars and kitchens, routing is everything: the adults-only pool QR talks to its bar, the beach QR to its own, the room QR to the central kitchen. Each station sees only its own and nobody runs between outlets with paper slips.

  • Automatic routing per area
  • A dedicated menu per outlet
  • Less congestion at bars and buffet
The included

The zero-cost order also needs order

Not charging it does not mean not operating it. Every included order enters its bar panel with location, detail and time, and the kitchen sees demand live instead of guessing it. The guest orders from the sunbed and the buffet line shortens on its own.

  • Included orders with detail and time
  • A live panel per bar and kitchen
  • Demand visible, not guessed
The premium

The extras that are charged, sold on their own

All-inclusive has its premium card: labeled wines, lobster, a romantic dinner on the beach. In the digital order, those extras appear as suggestions at the moment of craving and the charge posts to the stay folio, traceable and with no arguments at checkout.

  • Wines and premium dishes as suggestions
  • The beach dinner, ordered from the sunbed
  • The charge goes to the stay folio
The all-inclusive truth

Nobody pays for the piña colada, but somebody prepares it, carries it and restocks it. The free order also deserves a system; the premium extra, on top, a properly posted charge.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with several bars, kitchens and restaurants?

Yes, it is multi-outlet out of the box: each prep station has its panel and receives only its own. The pool bar sees its drinks, the central kitchen its dishes and the beach snack its short menu. Adding a new outlet is configuration, not a project.

If nobody pays at my all-inclusive, why an ordering system?

To operate: routing to the right bar, the guest exact location, visible timing and demand measured per area. The free order disrupts just like the paid one when it travels by shouting; with a system, the same headcount delivers more with fewer laps.

How do I charge the premium extras?

Included and priced items live on the same menu: the guest orders their complimentary drink and, if they add the labeled wine or the romantic dinner, that charge posts to their stay folio, itemized with time, ready for checkout.

What about the international guest who does not speak the staff language?

They order like everyone else: the menu opens in their language, with photos and clear descriptions, and they confirm without talking to anyone. The language barrier stops costing sales and stops flooding your team with gestures and misunderstandings.

What reports do I get per outlet?

Sales and orders per bar, most-ordered dishes, peak hours per area and spend per stay. With that you decide where to reinforce staff at noon, which bar opens earlier and which premium extras to push; your numbers, not intuition.
